Privacy – We respect your privacy and do not share your information outside our company. We use payment processing which does not allow us to see your sensitive information.
Shipping – All items ship USPS with Delivery Confirmation. We ship MOST items Priority, Insured. If an item is damaged in transit, it is YOUR responsibility to file a claim to be reimbursed by the Post Office. This is just how the insurance works, we are not able to file the claim. We cannot ship replacements free. This is why we ship them insured.

In stock items ship within 5 days of receipt of verified payment (except weekends and Holidays). If items are backordered, they will usually ship within 2 weeks.
Custom order items usually ship within 14 days of receipt of verified payment (except weekends and Holidays).
Checks must clear prior to shipment (this includes e-checks).
NOTE: If you pay via credit card (NOT through logging in to a PayPal account) and file a chargeback with the credit card company in the event of a dispute with us, then WE CANNOT HELP YOU in any other way and a refund. If you wish to leave options for negotiation open, then contact us FIRST, BEFORE you file a chargeback. When chargebacks are submitted from Credit Card companies, we are unable to respond to them, or offer any kind of remedy other than a refund. If you file a dispute with PayPal, we have the option to negotiate for your satisfaction, or submit a tracking number (things we cannot do when the chargeback is submitted through a Credit Card company).
Returns must be pre-approved. Items are guaranteed to be as described, and to work as we say they will. Please email us if you have problems with your order.
